Omni Girl sets out to apprehend a criminal mastermind but is aware her power belt and bracelts are faulty. She neurtralises and apprehends his number 2 but allows Lex to sneak up on her. They steal her accesories and tie her too a chair. She manages to use her natural strength to break free and teach one of the villains one last lesson.
