A super powered woman leaves a trail of destruction. When a super heroine tries to end her reign she is dispatched by the villainess who even drains some of her strength, becoming more powerful. A reporter hoping to write a story gets a visit from the woman who intimidates her into stopping the story. But then A mysterious costume appears which grants the journalist the power to fight back.
